1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to bellink, operated by Fencing Pro Corp ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using bellink at bellink.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

bellink is an AI-powered business automation platform that enables users to:

• Manage business operations through AI assistants powered by Claude (Anthropic)
• Connect and manage social media accounts (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business)
• Create and manage advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Integrate business tools (Google Workspace, CRM systems, scheduling platforms)
• Automate workflows and business processes

3. Account Registration

To use bellink, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

4. Connected Services

4.1 Third-Party Integrations

bellink integrates with third-party services (Meta/Facebook, Google, etc.). By connecting these services, you:

• Authorize bellink to access your accounts on those services
• Grant bellink permission to perform actions on your behalf
• Agree to comply with those services' terms and policies
• Acknowledge that your use is subject to those services' availability

4.2 Meta Platform

When connecting Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Ads accounts, you must:

• Have the necessary permissions to authorize access (admin/owner)
• Comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Policies
• Comply with Meta's Advertising Policies (if using Meta Ads features)
• Not use bellink to violate Meta's Community Standards

4.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• All content posted through bellink to your connected accounts
• All advertising spend and campaigns created through bellink
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Managing and monitoring AI assistant actions on your behalf

5. AI Assistant Usage

5.1 AI-Generated Content

bellink's AI assistants may generate content and take actions on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI actions
• You should monitor AI assistant behavior regularly
• We are not liable for AI-generated content or actions

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use bellink's AI assistants to:

• Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Create or distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to manipulate platform algorithms
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 Subscription Plans

bellink offers various subscription plans with different features and limits. Pricing is displayed on our website and in-app.

6.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Payment is processed through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law

6.3 Third-Party Costs

You are responsible for all costs associated with connected services, including but not limited to:

• Meta advertising spend
• Google Workspace subscriptions
• Other third-party service fees

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

bellink, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Fencing Pro Corp and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By using bellink, you grant us:

• A license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Service
• Permission to use AI models to analyze and generate content based on your input
• The right to display your content as necessary to operate the Service

This license terminates when you delete your content or account.

7.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about bellink, we may use them without obligation to you.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of bellink is subject to our Privacy Policy at bellink.app/privacy. By using bellink, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 "As Is" Service

bellink is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation

9.2 AI Limitations

AI-powered features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate results. We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content.

9.3 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or actions of third-party services (Meta, Google, etc.). Their terms and policies apply to your use.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FENCING PRO CORP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from AI-generated content or actions
• Damages arising from third-party service disruptions
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fencing Pro Corp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of bellink
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you create or post through bellink
• Your advertising campaigns or spending

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process in Settings or contacting us.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You violate third-party platform policies
• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• We're required to do so by law
• Continued operation would harm us or other users

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to bellink will cease immediately
• Your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
• Connected service integrations will be disconnected
• Sections of these Terms that should survive will remain in effect

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

If you don't agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using bellink and may terminate your account.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of bellink shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Connecticut, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only, not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fencing Pro Corp regarding bellink.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision doesn't constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
